The most convenient way to obtain support for WoodWing products, is by contacting your local dealer or integrator. If you have purchased your product through our Web shop, you can contact WoodWing Support through email.
In case of technical question, please provide as much details as possible. Include the following details in your support question (when applicable):
- Your complete name, and the email address to contact you
- WoodWing product and version
- Parent application in which you use the plugin
- Your computer OS and version
- Description of your problem, and steps necessary to reproduce your problem
By providing the information above as complete as possible, the turnaround time of your support case will be reduced.
