It’s been an exciting start to the year for us at WoodWing, as we can announce a new Premium Technology Partner in our ecosystem: SPRYLAB.
SPRYLAB’s Purple DS, mobile app creation software, has been integrated into our Enterprise editorial workflow solution. This integration allows publishers to create content in Enterprise’s Content Station and easily publish their stories to their mobile app or website. No technical skills required.
This way of working allows media publishers to create a story in Content Station’s new digital editor and publish it instantly as an individual article for continuous storytelling. And, next to simple PDF to app publishing, it’s also possible to publish the content from an entire print issue onto the interactive app, in just one click.
Some global media companies have already implemented Enterprise with the Purple DS mobile app solution, and have experienced the efficiency of the end-to-end solution firsthand.
They now seamlessly create content and develop their stories using the workflow capabilities of Enterprise, and then publish that content into a mobile-optimized, branded format.
The joint collaboration provides a quick, flexible and affordable solution in which the digital publishing workflow and publishing platform act as one.
Stephan Heck, CEO at SPRYLAB explains, “Well-structured data is the key for multi-channel publishing of the future. Workflow plays an important role in this area and WoodWing offers great software and streamlined workflows that can even be customized to the customer’s satisfaction. This joint collaboration helps us both reach our full potential. Because of that, we can leverage the full power of multi-channel publishing to our clients.”
Jan Roos, CEO at WoodWing added, “While the publishing world is becoming more and more digital, we want to provide our clients with a fast way to produce and publish their stories on multiple devices with minimal impact on their workflows. SPRYLAB offers beautiful apps that are easy to use. Therefore, we are very pleased to work together and complement each other to optimize our customers’ workflows and platforms.”
