Content Station is the heart of your editorial operations, and your workflow its circulatory system – both keep your content production alive.

The tasks assigned to you within the workflow are shown in your personal Inbox of Content Station – but some of our customers expressed they see the Inbox as a bit too technical.

Because of this we took a close look at the Inbox and decided to completely redesign it in Content Station 10. It now shows you a direct and visual overview of all your tasks to complete, think for example of:

  • writing the initial version of a story
  • retouching an image
  • reviewing and approving a story

The Inbox is now directly accessible from the main application bar – it´s always visible and also shows the number of your current jobs.

You can directly open and edit files that have been assigned to you, or you can review them using the full screen preview. Once you completed editing, you can easily send them to the next stage in the workflow – all in a very visual way.

For each job you see instructions what to do, and Content Station also informs you how many days are left until the deadline – and whether the job is already overdue. In the sidebar on the right, you can easily edit the properties of the respective file.
