That's why we've introduced the new content collaboration feature, which includes a Comments feed, @mentions, and a summarized feedback panel called the Activity Hub, where you can view, manage, and respond to every comment that mentions you.
Working on a new campaign, publication or just a new design involves teamwork, and files in WoodWing Assets typically go through many iterations before they're ready to publish. Comments make it easy to discuss changes directly within files, and now, when someone tags you, you'll instantly see those comments collected in one place.
The Comments feed lives inside the Activity Hub, accessible from the top-right corner of your screen or in the side bar. A small badge lets you know when you have unread comments that need your attention.
Here's what you can do from the Comments Feed:
The new Comments feed and Activity Hub is built to keep creative teams in sync. It is ideal for editors, designers, marketers, and anyone involved in design, marketing or publication workflows who needs to stay on top of collaboration without the clutter of endless notifications and lost feedback. By centralizing your tagged comments, you'll never miss an important note or lose time tracking feedback again.
