WoodWing Xtendis and TCG join forces for end-to-end document and information management

[Rotterdam, November 10, 2025] – WoodWing Xtendis and TCG Process, the developer of OCTO and DocProStar, have announced a strategic partnership to help organisations fully digitalise, automate, and secure their document and information processes.

The collaboration brings together TCG Process' platforms with WoodWing Xtendis, the leading platform for secure document and information management. DocProStar is a highly scalable cloud platform to manage and automate wide-ranging, information-intensive processes. OCTO targets the business processes not initiated by inbound documents or messages. Instead, OCTO triggers processes based on a change of data, a scheduled operation, or a user-initiated action. These triggers activate OCTO processes to collect information from multiple sources, apply logic, and optionally involve a user before seamlessly exporting information to multiple systems or applications.

The combination of DocProStar and WoodWing Xtendis delivers a robust, integrated chain for document and message ingestion, automated data extraction, information verification, user review/approval, signing, archiving, and retrieval. OCTO provides further, optional capabilities such as orchestrating secure updates of critical application data into the WoodWing Xtendis system.
