About the client
With over 65 years of experience, a market share of more than 30 percent, and 4 million annual visitors, JVH gaming & entertainment is the largest provider of private casinos in the Netherlands. Since 2021, JVH guests have been able to visit JVH's online casino, jacks.nl, in addition to casinos scattered throughout the country.
Hospitable, committed employees ensure a VIP experience for every guest. Responsible gaming behavior and safety are paramount. Whenever necessary, casino visitors are assisted in various ways to manage the risks of gambling. One requirement for doing this well is being able to make the right information available at the right time and in the right place in the organization.

Jeffrey: “Within JVH, the recording and assurance of casino processes have been conducted according to DEKRA certification since 1995. In addition, JVH has been certified to the information security standard, ISO 27001:2022, since 2024, and has also achieved the G4 Certificate for Responsible Gaming. This certificate demonstrates JVH's adherence to the highest international standards in the field of Responsible Play.”
