Our hiring process
Spotted your dream job at WoodWing? Here’s how hiring typically works.
1. Apply: Complete your application and we’ll review it right away. Each job ad tells you how to apply.
2. Discuss: If we like what we see, we’ll set up an informal video call to discuss your application.
3. Interviews: Formal interviews are next. First with the hiring manager. Then with two team members.
4. Offer: If everything checks out and you seem like a good addition to the team, we’ll make you an offer.
