Product Manager

Who do we need?

We are looking for a Product Manager for our digital asset management solution. From identifying opportunities, defining the strategy, engaging with the teams to get it done, interacting with the marketing team to get it on the market: it’s all part of your job.   • Managing the entire product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities

Product Marketing Manager 

WoodWing organization

WoodWing’s global marketing department - based in Zaandam, the Netherlands - is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced product marketing manager to strengthen the team. In this role you will be responsible for the product marketing strategy for one of our solutions. 

Key responsibilities 

  • Manage and lead our go-to-market strategy and thought leader positioning for one of our products;
  • Product communication on all levels (global, product and audience);
  • Create marketing collateral such as case studies, whitepapers, web content, webinars and any other content that are extremely relevant for pre-defined prospects, partners and clients;
  • Owning the full (content) marketing cycle: from awareness to sales success, both online and offline;
  • Initiate and optimize relevant online and offline marketing campaigns for the product;
  • Collaborate closely with the product manager to identify and develop successful new product features;
  • Update all internal and external stakeholders on the product from either a technical and/or business perspective;
  • Deliver market research in order to position WoodWing as the no.1 choice in our market;
  • Enable relevant communities around the product to share / discuss our successful solutions;
  • Provide market research and share internally to make sure WoodWing stays ahead of the competition;
  • Managing analysts and/or partner relationships.

Job requirements

  • Bachelor’s of Master’s degree;
  • 3 to 5 years experience in product and / or content marketing;
  • The ability to quickly produce impressive content (this will be a large part of your daily work!);
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills;
  • Strategic thinker with a pragmatic mindset, solution focused;
  • Experienced in digital marketing and analytics;
  • Proactive, entrepreneurial and energetic work-ethic;
  • True team player that can also work independently;
  • Native / full professional English in both writing and speaking;
  • B2B marketing experience is a plus.

PreSales Manager EMEA

Job Description:

The PreSales Manager is responsible for identifying and matching technology opportunities with a customer’s business issues and objectives, as well as channel partner training & enablement.

Has wide-ranging field sales engineering experience. Uses professional concepts to resolve complex issues in a creative and effective way. Assist in developing business value propositions around WoodWing products and solutions. Drives sales with technical expertise, account management skills, sales ability and a superior customer focus. Participates as part of a sales team to achieve or exceed revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • As a seasoned sales technology professional with field experience, provides pre-sales technical support of the sales process across WoodWing Products and Solutions.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations remotely or at customer locations/WoodWing facilities on WoodWing products value proposition
  • Has ability to build complex, multi-product proof of concept solutions for customer evaluations as part of a sales engagement process.
  • Develops customer requirements, assists with overcoming technical and competitive objections, and accelerates technical evaluation component of sales cycle to close deals.
  • Work closely with sales executives on assigned accounts and opportunities to set sales strategy and "own" the technical relationship within the account or opportunity.
  • Understand the customer, partner or end-user’s business requirements, needs, and objectives. Create presentations and demonstrations that exemplify how WoodWing Software can best meet the requirements.
  • Be knowledgeable of relevant industry trends, opportunities, and challenges impacting customers and partners.
  • Proactively contribute ideas and support for revenue generating sales and marketing campaigns and recruit customers or partners to participate.
  • Create and deliver product or solution presentations in support of events and programs.
  • Promote products and solutions at events - users groups, partner conferences, webinar campaigns, meetups and other relevant events.
  • Evangelize the portfolio in the latest Cloud innovation arenas such as Big Data, Cloud Data Connectivity and Development through Platform as a Service
  • Respond to Requests for Information (RFI’s) and Requests for Proposals (RFP’s).
  • Deliver, manage and participate in Proof-of-Concept projects and demonstrations.
  • Support Product Management activities as it relates to gathering customer-specific requirements to help evolve Software solutions in the market.
  • Communicate the business and technical requirements to warrant a continuous degree of customer satisfaction.
  • Track and communicate technical account status to the sales and leadership teams.
  • Continuously gather knowledge of competitors and their projects and how to effectively position WoodWing products and solutions against them.

Profile

  • Minimum of 10 years of sales, marketing, operations, and consulting experience in a software company
  • Proven and successful track record
  • Ability to multi- task and manage multiple prospects
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • In depth knowledge of the retail and eCommerce industry
  • Fluent in English
  • Digital Asset Management and PIM background/experience is a pro.
  • Ability to travel within assigned territory and other locations including Corporate headquarters 
  • Analytical thinker with proven verbal and written communications skills including group presentation abilities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a positive attitude and an ability to engage with customer’s technical staff and implementation groups.
  • Ability to lead as well as collaborate as part of a team.

US Marketing Manager

WoodWing’s global marketing department is looking for an enthusiastic and energetic Marketing Manager to focus on the North American market. In this role you will develop and execute the marketing strategy for all offline and online campaigns (email, social media, events, print, etc). You will be responsible for identifying the target market segments and channel mix, lead generation, brand awareness, conversion and engagement. You will also be responsible for developing the content strategy, identifying and crafting relevant messaging across product and market segments. 

Responsibilities 

  • Develop and execute campaigns to align with sales goals in close collaboration with the Product Marketing Managers and the Sales team
  • Create, manage and drive WoodWing’s US content and campaign planning
  • Guide all aspects of campaign development: target, message, creative, testing
  • Test, analyze and optimize program performance in order to maximize campaign ROI and (over)achieve our targets
  • Measure and report on marketing campaigns; generate actionable insights and recommendations and communicate internally to improve the customer acquisition funnel
  • Organize and manage events and meet-ups
  • Create and execute newsletters on prospect, client and partner level
  • Manage agency relationships 
  • Execute briskly in alignment with our goals and standards, prioritizing and managing multiple projects and deadlines

Requirements 

  • 5+ years experience in (online) campaign management and lead generation; B2B marketing and/or event management experience is a plus
  • Must be fluent in marketing automation and CRM applications and comfortable learning new software as needed; knowledge of Marketo, Drupal, and/or SalesForce is a plus
  • A track record of creating digital and traditional marketing programs such as: email campaigns, online advertising, webinars, direct mail, etc.
  • Passion for data-driven marketing and demonstrated analytical ability
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional writing and copy-editing skills (e.g., compelling/engaging campaign messaging, web copy, email copy, etc.)
  • Strong work ethic; able to thrive in a remote work environment
  • True cross-functional team player; also able to work independently

Support Engineer at WoodWing 

The Support Engineer supports business partners and customers in the installation, configuration and management of WoodWing applications. As Support Engineer you are part of a team that shares responsibility for ensuring that the business partners are assisted to full satisfaction in working with the products and services from WoodWing.

Job requirements

  • HBO / VWO level in working and thinking
  • At least 3 years relevant work experience within the ICT sector
  • Broad technical knowledge in ICT field
  • Good command of Dutch and English language in word and speech
  • Good communication skills
  • Customer and service oriented attitude
  • Preferable knowledge of:
  • MS Windows, Linux, MacOS including management and configuration issues
  • Configuration and use of indexes/databases such as Elasticsearch, MySQL and MSSQL
  • Web application technologies such as HTML, CSS, PHP and XML

Test Engineer (test automation)

We zijn op zoek naar een Test Engineer die binnen een development team werkt aan de ontwikkeling van nieuwe - en verbetering van bestaande WoodWing producten. Je  werkt nauw samen met de ontwikkelaars om testplannen te bedenken en uit te werken. Jouw focus ligt op het het ontwerpen, ontwikkelen en onderhouden van automatische testscripts.

Bij WoodWing hebben de teams alle vrijheid om zelf te beslissen welke tools en technologieën ze gebruiken om hun werk te doen. Op dit moment gebruiken een aantal teams Protractor om testen te automatiseren. Als test engineer heb je inspraak in in welke tool of technologie gebruikt kan worden voor het testen.

  • De lead nemen bij het bouwen van automatische testen.

We zijn op zoek naar een ontwikkelaar die, als deel van een sterk team, nieuwe functionaliteit bouwt voor Elvis DAM. Je werkt samen met ontwikkelaars, interaction- en visual designers. De kern van de huidige technologie stack bestaat uit AngularJS, Dojo, Grunt.
