Our hiring process
You’ve seen a vacancy that matches your expertise and you’ve applied. Wonderful! We’ll review your application right away. If we believe you to be a good match with the vacancy we’ll invite you to a video screening call, to discuss your cv, motivation and your salary expectations. You then proceed to the next round; an interview with the hiring manager and a team member. After that one more interview follows: with another two people of the team. The last part of the hiring procedure is a reference check. If everything checks out and everyone believes that you’ll be a great addition to the team we’ll make you an offer!
